1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup veg oil
4 eggs
1 cup sherry wine
1 cup nuts (preferably pecan)

Mix all but the nuts in bowl with mixer 2 minutes..stir in nuts
Bake 350* in 2 loaf pans (spray with pam first)
Bake for 45 minutes
This is a great "bread" that freezes really well and is great for a gift. The sherry is wonderful in this recipe. A family favorite!
