8 oz smoked or unsmoked packaged salmon...your preference
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 red onion
1 fresh lemon juice (myer lemon preferred)
lemon zest
fresh dill
Kosher salt to taste...
Bring cream cheese to room temp. Pulse red onion in food processor... Remove salmon from package...add to food processor with cream cheese. Process till smooth (pulsing is better as to not get too runny)

Add lemon juice as needed for proper consistency for crackers...

Remove from in a cute dish ...mix in lemon zest and top with dill (fresh or dried)... Can be made hours ahead...also great on bagels the next day!

Consistency stays for several days...
