Ingredients
1 can (organic) garbanzo beans
1 perfect lemon
2 T Trader Joes Tahini Sauce (I'm not a big fan of "regular tahini")
1 tsp (or more) Trader Joes Crushed Garlic
1 T Kosher salt (yes a tablespoon!)
Optional:
1 Bunch fresh cilantro, dill, or any other fresh herb you love
Notes
Drain garbanzo beans retaining about 2 T.
Add in food processor or blender:
Garbanzo beans, reserved bean juice, lemon zest, and juice of that lemon. Add 2 T tahini sauce, crushed garlic and salt.
Process or blend.
This is delicious as is above, or add herbs at this time. Process another few seconds. Garnish with herb if desired. Refrigerate 2 hours for (best) flavor to develop.
Makes up to 1 1/2 cups
