6T unsalted butter softened
Finely grated zest of one large lime
1T Tobasco Sauce or Tobasco Chipotle Sauce
1 t honey (or agave nectar)
1 garlic clove grated on microplane

4 Heads Broccoli or...broccoli in a bag
Olive oil for drizzling
1 C queso fresco
Soften butter add lime zest, juice of lime, tobasco, honey, garlic salt...Taste and adjust.
Using grill pan or on a grill place lightly drizzled brocoli florets on high turning as needed till charred.

Transfer broccoli to platter and toss with mixture above. Garnish with quesco fresco...

(I used feta, didn't have quesco fresco)

The butter mixture with all ingredients can be refridgerated overnight. Soften at room temp before using.
8 servings or adjust amounts to your liking.
