Ingredients
4-Pre-made hard flat tortilla shells
1-Can of black beans, drained but not rinsed and lightly mashed
3 T Sour Cream
1 Avocado, chopped or freshly made guacamole
3 T Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Freshly diced tomatoe, OR use pre-made salsa
1/2 Cup shredded mexican cheese, OR feta, OR both!
Notes
Chop all above ingredients and place in small bowls so guests can "make their own"
Spread sour cream on hard shelled flat tortilla
Add beans (they will stick to the sour cream)
Add salsa or tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro!
