4 firm bananas - halved
1 T butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

up to 1/4 c banana liqueur

White rum to flame

Melt butter, then add brown sugar. Add touch of cinnamon. Add touch of banana liqueur. Thicken.

Add halved bananas...and a bit more banana liqueur...and a touch of white rum to flame!
